PROCESSING TIME
*Regular Ground (Non-Expedited) - allow 1-2 business day for processing, this will not factor in the transit time of 5-7 business days. (Weekend doesn't count as a business day)
*Expedited Shipment: Overnight, 2-Day & USPS Priority Mail - Shipping orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 noon (Eastern Time), we always try our best to process the same day, but normally it will process the next business day after cut off time.
*Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) and on weekends and holidays are processed within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING ERRORS
We are not liable for lost, held, mis delivery errors, due to incorrect shipping addresses. It's important to have an accurate and reliable email address so we can send order confirmations to confirm the purchase, and for you to review its full details.
LOST PACKAGE
We are not responsible for any lost packages. However, if you believe the package is completely lost after tracking, please contact the Postal carrier and let us know what has been stated by the carrier. You can go online and file a claim directly using the tracking #.
It usually takes up to 21 days for carrier to trace/investigate lost packages, and we advise customers to wait another 10 days after filing the claim. If carrier found the package, we will try our very best to process it and ship it out but it will require to pay for shipping charge on the second round of re-delivery.

RETURN POLICY
Hellokini accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days, of unworn, (tried on is OK) unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with Product Hang Tag still attached and uncut/untampered with (and all packaging components).
We reserve the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met.
We will issue USPS Prepaid Label for you to send product(s) back when all conditions above are met. Any applicable refunds will be applied to original form of payment.

Requesting an Exchange?
You’ll receive an email with a new tracking confirmation as soon as your new order ships out. Exchange inventory is not reserved until your return is en route, so please submit your return package at your earliest convenience.
Requesting a Refund or Store Credit?
We’ll process your return once we receive the original items. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete. If you opted for store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase.
