RETURN POLICY

Hellokini accepts domestic returns or exchanges of non-sale items when postmarked within 30 days of being delivered. This is applicable for domestic orders only. 
Items must be 
unworn, (tried on is OK), unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with Product Hang Tag still attached and uncut/untampered with (and all packaging components). Store credits will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. We highly recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see your store credit in your inbox. , of 

We reserve the right to refuse returns if conditions are not met. 

We will issue USPS Prepaid Label for you to send product(s) back when all conditions above are met. Any applicable refunds will be applied to original form of payment.

- Returns from outside the U.S. - Customer is responsible to pay for their own return shipping label and cost.

Requesting an Exchange?

You’ll receive an email with a new tracking confirmation as soon as your new order ships out.  Exchange inventory is not reserved until your return is en route, so please submit your return package at your earliest convenience.

Requesting a Refund or Store Credit?

We’ll process your return once we receive the original items. You’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that the process is complete. If you opted for store credit, you’ll receive an email with a digital gift card to use towards your next purchase.
